Mr. Arthur Jason Mtafya is a Managing Director for Tanzania Corporate Academy (TCA). He is a skilled and experienced programme management expert in Africa. His vast hands-on experience in dealing with managerial responsibilities including strategy development, performance management and leading teams across African countries and organizations has given him a proven ability and strength to successfully manage and administer his responsibilities in TCA. He is basically trained in Management, Leadership, Development Policy administration and practice. His progressive experience and a track–record of taking projects from strategic to operational level with remarkable results within time and budget on both not-for-profit and public sectors inform policy decisions effectively and efficiently. His demonstrable capability which creates value for the Academy and their stakeholders spans from national and international experience in Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Ghana, United Kingdom and Kenya; hence made him the best-fit for TCA Managing Director role.
